What we collect

Our lead and booking forms collect your name, work email, store URL, company (if provided), market, revenue band, problem, brief or notes, consent and referral information. Booking requests include the selected call time and any calculator figures you choose to share. We also keep emails you send us and Google Calendar/Meet invite details, including attendees, agenda, time and meeting link.

Privacy-friendly site analytics record visits, pages and referral sources. We do not send your name, email or store URL to analytics. Calculator figures stay in your browser unless you include them in a booking request.

Why we use it

We use this information to prepare your teardown or call, arrange and send meeting invitations, answer your enquiry and follow up. Analytics help us understand which pages bring useful enquiries. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Storage and access

Enquiry records are stored in Lovable Cloud. Email communications and Google Calendar/Meet invite details are also processed by the email and Google services used to deliver them. Access to private lead records is restricted to the Marginwise team. Meeting invitations share the necessary invite details with you and the invited team members.

Service providers process information to deliver these services and may store it outside your country. We use access controls and appropriate safeguards for that processing.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.

Your rights and requests

You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing abhimanyu@marginwise.in. We may need to verify your identity before providing or deleting records.

Privacy standards

We follow the Australian Privacy Principles, UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in handling personal information, as applicable to your enquiry and our services.
